Complaints

If you want to report the receipt of a defective product, please contact us in writing to the address of our office or by e-mail to you@youbeautyshop.pl.

1. Complaint - the First Step

In order to process your complaint faster, please attach as much detail as possible about the complaint and attach photos of the defect. You will receive up to 14 days to respond to your complaint. 2. Pack the product under complaint

If you want to send back the product, please download and complete the Complaint Form.

Then package the product with the completed form and send the package to the following address.

4. Things to Remember

  • If a VAT invoice was issued for the order, please add it to the shipment.
  • Remember to carefully pack the package and secure it against possible damage in transit.
  • The Seller applies the technical means required by the current personal data protection regulations to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying any personal data sent electronically.
  • We do not receive parcels sent to us with cash on delivery service or to a parcel locker.
  • Within 14 days of receiving the package, you will receive a response to the complaint. In the event of a positive review, we will issue a refund to your account within 14 days of the date of the decision.

Returns Guidance

You can return purchased products up to 14 days from the day you receive the parcel. To do this, you only need to send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract in writing to the address of our headquarters or by e-mail to you@youbeautyshop.pl

  • We do not receive parcels sent to with cash on delivery service or to a parcel locker. The cost of return shipment is borne by the Buyer.
  • After receiving the package, you will receive a confirmation email. We refund funds to your account up to 14 days from the day we receive the package
